Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using BillNex (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About the App
BillNex is business software for GST invoicing, inventory, payments and accounting, provided by HYDNT Enterprises, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for your business billing, GST calculation, inventory and accounting needs. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the App.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate details when you register and keep your password and email account secure.
- Sign-in requires a one-time code sent to your email.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users and roles you give access to.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the App or break these Terms.
4. Your data and backups
Your business records are stored on your device and remain yours. Because data is stored locally, losing, resetting or uninstalling the App on your device can erase it. You are responsible for taking regular backups using the App’s Backup / Restore features. We are not responsible for data lost due to device loss, damage, reset, uninstallation or account deletion.
5. Tax and compliance responsibility
The App helps calculate taxes and prepare reports, but you are solely responsible for checking the accuracy of tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, invoices, GST returns and any filings, and for complying with GST and other laws. The App is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Please consult a qualified professional where needed.
6. Third-party services
Some features use other services, such as Google sign-in, Google Drive backup, email delivery, WhatsApp sharing, or a payment-link account you connect. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose, to issue false or fraudulent invoices, to harm other users, or to try to break its security.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HYDNT Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, tax penalties or interest arising from your use of the App.
10. Ending use
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
