Delete Your BillNex Account
You can delete your BillNex account and its data at any time, either inside the app or by contacting us.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Make sure your phone is connected to the internet.
- For security, sign out and sign in again. Deletion must be done within a few minutes of signing in.
- Open More → About Us.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.
If you see a message asking you to sign in again, sign out, sign back in, and repeat the steps right away.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@hydntenterprises.in with the subject “BillNex Account Deletion Request” from the email address registered with your account. We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting. We respond within 30 days.
What is deleted

What is not deleted automatically
| Data | Why / what to do |
|---|---|
| Activity history entries (action, time, your name, email and role) kept as a security audit trail | These cannot be removed from the app. Email us to request their deletion; we may keep records required by law. |
| Backups you saved to your own Google Drive or as files | These belong to you. Delete them yourself from Google Drive or your storage. |
| App data on other devices or your own LAN sync server | Only the device where you delete is erased. Uninstall/clear the app on other devices and remove data from your sync server. |
| Invoices or documents you already shared with others (email, WhatsApp, PDF) | Copies held by recipients are outside our control. |
Deletion cannot be undone. Take a backup first if you may need your business records (for example, for GST or tax purposes).
